ISLAMABAD : Information minister Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has said the government was taking practical steps to bring the people of FATA into the mainstream.
She was talking to Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Barrister Masood Kausar who met her here Wednesday.
The governor Khyber Pakhtunkhawa said Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto gave identity to the people of tribal areas.
Masood Kausar also congratulated the federal government and the information minister over the passage of 20th amendment.
