ISLAMABAD : According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) light rain in some parts of Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, while snowfall in mountain areas is expected during next 24-hour.
Cold wave persists in the country and Sindh including Karachi is under the grip of Siberian wind while most parts of Balochistan including Quetta are also under the grip of extreme cold with low temperature.
Weather remains cold and dry while cold wind will grip most parts of the country during next three-day.
Kalat remained extremely cold with minimum temperature -13C. Moreover, temperature recorded in other cities was: Parachinar -12C, Quetta -9C, Kalam -8C, Malam Jabba -7C, Gopis and Dir -6C and Murree -5C.
