ISLAMABAD, Former Federal Law Minister Babar Awan will plead National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) Review case in front of a full-court bench of Supreme Court (SC), as Law Ministry has written him a letter in this regard.
Babar Awan is the fifth counsel of the federal government in review petition case.
It is worth mentioning here that Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary constituted a 17-member larger bench to take up a pending review plea of the federation over the annulled NRO on November 21.
